How to make a video from a photo in Telegram
Video is made in the TinyFile Mini App, not in the bot chat. Three steps:
Open the Mini App
Tap Open Mini App on this page, or the Generate button at the bottom of the @tinyfile_bot chat. Switch to the Video tab.
Attach a photo
Tap + and pick a photo up to 40 MB, or tap Animate on an image in your Gallery. Describe the motion, then choose the model, resolution and length.
Tap Generate
The total in credits is on the button before you tap. The clip lands in the result card and stays in your Gallery for 30 days.
Models and how they differ
The Video tab has eight options, listed here from the lowest starting price. Each one animates your photo; resolution, length and price depend on the model.

Longer clips
Grok Imagine goes up to 30 seconds, and a finished clip can be extended by 6 or 10 more. Seedance 2.0 and Kling 3.0 reach 15 seconds; Veo 3.1 always makes 8.
Sound
Kling 3.0 offers every resolution with or without sound – the 🔊 variants. Seedance 2.0 Mini, Seedance 2.0 Fast and Seedance 1.5 Pro make silent clips.
More than one photo
Seedance takes a second photo as the last frame, so you set where the clip ends. Gemini Omni takes up to 7 reference photos. The other models animate one.
The frame follows your photo's shape, matched to the closest aspect ratio the model supports. Veo 3.1 clips can be upscaled to 1080p or 4K afterwards.

Credits are charged per clip – the price depends on the model, resolution and length.

Packs are bought inside the app with Telegram Stars. Credits are taken when you tap Generate; if a generation fails, they come back automatically. You get 10 credits at start – enough for a trial Seedance 1.5 Pro or Grok Imagine clip.
Make a clip sharper: video upscale with Topaz
The Video tab also upscales a clip 2× or 4× with Topaz – a video you attach (up to 40 MB) or one from your Gallery. The price follows the result: 1 credit per second up to 720p, 2 up to 1080p, 8 above 1080p, doubled for video over 30 fps. A 6-second 480p clip costs 12 credits at 2× and 48 at 4×. How do I turn a photo into a video in Telegram?
Open the TinyFile Mini App with the Generate button in the @tinyfile_bot chat, switch to Video, attach the photo and tap Generate. Video is made in the app, not in the bot chat.
Can I try it before buying credits?
Yes. The 10 welcome credits you get at start cover a 6-second Grok Imagine clip at 480p (6 credits) or a Seedance 1.5 Pro clip at 480p of up to 12 seconds (4–10 credits). After that, credits come in packs bought with Telegram Stars.
Which model should I pick?
For a first try – Grok Imagine or Seedance 1.5 Pro at 480p, the lowest prices. For sound – Kling 3.0 with 🔊. For a set last frame – Seedance. For 4K – Seedance 2.0, Kling 3.0 or Gemini Omni.
How long can the video be?
Up to 30 seconds with Grok Imagine, 15 with Seedance 2.0 and Kling 3.0, 12 with Seedance 1.5 Pro and 10 with Gemini Omni. Veo 3.1 clips are always 8 seconds.
Do I have to write a prompt?
No. With a photo attached the text is optional: leave it empty and the model adds natural, subtle motion. A short description of what should move gives you more control.
Will the video have sound?
Kling 3.0 has variants with sound, marked 🔊 in the resolution picker. Seedance 2.0 Mini, Seedance 2.0 Fast and Seedance 1.5 Pro make silent clips.
What if the generation fails?
The credits return to your balance automatically. And if your balance doesn't cover the price, nothing is taken at all.
Where do I find my video?
In the result card and in your Gallery, where it is kept for 30 days. Download it or share it to a chat from there.
